CH CH CH CH CHANGES

So our house went on the market Monday and we've had 13 showings thus far... Cried when the sign went up..Love my house but outgrowing it... Have had no sleep this week second guessing myself if I'm making the right decision..Haven't loved any properties yet but im optimistic that the right new house will come along..9 years of memories.. My hope for the new buyers is that they cherish and take care of this little Wylie house as I did...To all the ones who sat and star gazed with me till 2 am every weekend in the backyard listening to Radiohead, heres to the memories...Offer for our house coming in tonight, curious to how the chips will fall...

UPDATE 7-25-13
Multiple bids came in this morning on our house, & over what we have it listed by several thousand... Tonight looking at houses in Lavon ( which is 5 minutes east of my house currently) and one house i love is on Bowie Dr. Superbly fitting. I love David Bowie so much that my Memphis was almost named Bowie. Having to spend two complete days with my dog and toddler at my moms and in-laws has turned me into a complete beyotch this week. SORRY to all that got caught in my tornado of stress... Mom, that means you... Love you...
